1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Sairaa Studios (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Description of Service

Sairaa Studios is an AI-powered content creation platform that enables users to generate videos, images, text-to-speech audio, and SEO-optimized content. The platform offers multiple subscription tiers with varying usage limits and features. The platform also includes a Video Clipper feature that allows users to clip long-form videos into short vertical clips and upload them directly to their own connected YouTube channel via the YouTube Data API v3.

3. Free Trial

New users receive a 24-hour free trial that includes 3 videos, 50 images, and 10 minutes of TTS — all lifetime limits during the trial period. No credit card is required. All features are unlocked during the trial. When the trial expires or limits are reached, you must upgrade to a paid plan to continue using the Service.

4. Subscription and Payment

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no refunds are provided for the remaining days of the current billing cycle. Subscription prices may change with 30 days' notice.

5. User Accounts and Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration. You may not share your account or allow others to access your account without authorization. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to: create illegal, harmful, or offensive content; distribute spam or unsolicited communications; engage in automated abuse or exceed fair-use limits through scripting or bots; attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or interfere with the Service; impersonate another person or entity; violate any applicable laws or regulations; or upload content to YouTube via the Video Clipper feature that violates YouTube's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, or any applicable copyright or intellectual property laws.

7. YouTube API Services

By connecting your YouTube channel to Sairaa Studios, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Sairaa Studios uses the YouTube Data API v3 solely to verify your connected YouTube channel and to upload video clips to your own channel when you explicitly request it.

You may revoke Sairaa Studios' access to your YouTube account at any time by visiting https://myaccount.google.com/permissions. You are solely responsible for all content uploaded to YouTube through the platform and for ensuring compliance with YouTube's policies and all applicable laws.

8. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the content you create using the Service, including videos, images, and audio. Sairaa Studios retains all rights to the platform, its technology, branding, and underlying AI models. You grant Sairaa Studios a limited license to host, process, and display your content as necessary to provide the Service.

9. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

All outputs produced by the Service (videos, images, audio, and text) are generated by artificial intelligence. Sairaa Studios makes no guarantees of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying AI-generated content before use.

10. File Retention Policy

Generated files are retained for 15 days across all subscription tiers. After the retention period expires, files are permanently deleted. It is your responsibility to download and back up any content you wish to keep.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sairaa Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the Service. Your continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts located in Ontario, Canada.
